1) Where are the weekly offers? I can't find them!
Lulu: All weekly offers are on 2nd floor at Big Store. Few gold arrows on floor can help to find the Sales Room.
2) Where are the Midnight Boards?
Lulu: The store have 2 MM Boards. The first one is at 2nd floor at Sales Room (Big Store). And the second is at Outlet Store. Left Side from Landing Point.
3) I am not finding the vendor near the item that I want to buy. Where it is?
Lulu: First I am sorry, sometimes happens it. But the store have 2 vendors with all items! One is near the stairs and another near the sales room, both at Big Store. But outlet items are not in those vendors.

FAQ - Items

1) The positions of the animations do not fit to my avatar, what I do?
Lulu: All positions are adjustable by the menu! You can change how often you need!
2) I do not like objects with brightness, what do I do?
Lulu: That's simple, just ask me a version No-brightness!
3) I liked the item, but I would like it in another color, you can do?
Lulu: I can analyze, and if possible, yes. But it sometimes takes time.
4) I lost one item in my inventory! What do I do?
Lulu: You can go to store and touch the "Redelivery Terminal", and after the website open you can chose what you want. If was not there, ask to me and I can try solve the problem. (for copy versions)
5) I need a phantom item, what can I do?
Lulu: That's simple, just ask me a phantom version!
6) I lost my Transfer item... can you help?
Lulu: I am sorry, we can not redelivery Transfer Items. Just a tip: when SL is odd and have Issues, never try rezz Transfer Items. And another, relog and look for them on Lost And Found Folder.
